I moved to Calgary in August of 2009. I did not know the city at all but was looking to buy a condo. I happened to find Raj by doing a google search for realtors in Calgary. I called him and within 30 minutes he had returned my call and took me on as a client. Within 2 days of our initial conversation, Raj met with me and showed me a few properties. Even though it was my first purchase, he was incredibly kind and patient with me (he answered all my silly questions!). Raj and I looked at a total of 10 properties in 3 weeks before we finally found “the one”. I made an offer right away and Raj negotiated a very good price for me. In addition, he went above and beyond his duties by meeting with me and going through the condo documents of the property I had purchased. Now, almost 2 years later, I am incredibly happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Raj. His dedication, consistency and reliability will never be forgotten.
